Poetry on Turf
I created this image originally for Arlington Park for the Arlington Million. Horses seem to glide in rhytyhm on the turf unlike their motion on dirt, like poetry.

Safe and Sound
This is an older image of mine from when I lived in Kentucky. It is one of my only sentimental paintings. I was pregnant with my son when I painted it.

The last race of the day when the sun is low in the sky can have a magical effect. The painting was taken from photos I took at Delmar.
